Abigail J.R. McLaughlin is an associate with Wright Kim Douglas. Ms. McLaughlin received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, with a minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, she attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received her juris doctorate in 2016.
As a law student, she was Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award in both Civil Procedure and Lincoln and the Constitution. She also was a member of the nationally recognized Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Prior to joining Wright Kim Douglas, Ms. McLaughlin clerked at the Office of the Texas Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission, where she focused on drafting motions in various class action lawsuits.
Ms. McLaughlin is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
