Daniela Hernandez

Associate

Daniela Hernandez is an Associate Attorney at Wright Kim Douglas, ALC.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley and received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  Ms. Hernandez is admitted to practice in California and Wisconsin.

After returning home to Southern California from the Midwest, Ms. Hernandez worked as a litigation assistant for a personal injury office and later as an immigration attorney representing minors, families, and individuals with mental health issues. 

At WKD, Ms. Hernandez assists with estate planning, trust administration and litigation support in probate, trust and conservatorship matters.  In her free time, Ms. Hernandez enjoys driving up the PCH to Malibu with her fiancé, spending time with her family, and movie nights at home.
