Marie Mondia is an associate with Wright Kim Douglas, ALC. Ms. Mondia received her Bachelor’s Degree in English, with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. She has been admitted to practice law in all California state courts since 2014. Her practice focuses on all aspects of trust, estate, and conservatorship law, including all administration and litigation aspects of those practice areas.
Prior to joining WKD, Ms. Mondia worked as a civil litigation associate in the areas of consumer law and real estate litigation with a concentration in residential and commercial real property, including representation of mortgage lenders and loan servicers, landlord-tenant disputes, homeowner's association disputes, seller and broker misrepresentation and non-disclosures, and adjoining landowner and boundary disputes.
Ms. Mondia is a member of the Philippine American Bar Association and the Glendale Estate Planning Council.
Ms. Mondia is passionate about providing clients with guidance and compassion as they traverse the complicated legal world of trust and estate administration.
In her free time, Ms. Mondia enjoys volunteering, reading, attending concerts and musicals, and cooking with her husband. She is also currently learning Korean and how to play tennis.
