Max Yueh is a Senior Associate with Wright Kim Douglas, ALC practicing civil and probate litigation. Mr. Yueh is a cum laude graduate from Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego. During law school, he interned for a summer at Samsung C&T Corporation in Seoul, Korea. Mr. Yueh grew up in San Gabriel, California, and attended the University of California, Riverside (UCR), graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining WKD, Mr. Yueh practiced at several general civil litigation firms, practicing a wide-array of cases including employment law, business litigation, medical malpractice and real estate litigation.
At WKD, Mr. Yueh specializes in litigation matters, including business litigation, trust and will contests and contested conservatorship proceedings, and has substantial trial experience. Mr. Yueh also zealously represents professional fiduciaries. Mr. Yueh is on the probate Court-Appointed Counsel panel, representing and advocating for proposed conservatees.
Mr. Yueh was admitted to the California Bar in May 2013 and joined WKD in August 2016. Mr. Yueh is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and its Trust & Estates Section. When out of the office, Mr. Yueh enjoys playing volleyball, attending concerts, and traveling.
