Senior Legal Assistant

Sevanna “Sev” Reitter graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2020. Following graduation, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she completed a Master of Laws in International Law and International Relations. At the end of her LLM, she wrote a dissertation on migration law in the European Union. She is a legal assistant for WKD and plans to attend Law School in the future. 

Sev has participated in numerous internships and peer mentoring. This includes working for Assembly Member Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, and providing assistance to constituents, compiling requests and the assembly member in question; analyzed bill proposals and wrote memos for the office of the assembly member. She also interned at a law firm in Paris, France, conducting legal research and translating documents.  Lastly, she has served as a Peer Advisorat University of California, Davis, organizing events for 200 of the first-year students, compiling academic resources, and providing advice to students during in-person appointments.
