Legal Assistant

 

Anthony Amaya-Flores is a legal assistant at WKD. He graduated from Los Angeles City College with an associate degree in Political Science and Human Behavioral science and transferred to the University of California, Santa Cruz, and received a bachelor's degree in Politics and Latino American and Latino Studies. During his time at Los Angeles City College, he was a part of the Mayor's Youth Ambassador program where he served as a delegate representing Los Angeles in Japan and Colombia.

 

As a Legal Assistant Anthony hopes to learn legal experience as he prepares to join law school.  It is his ambition to become one of the top attorneys in the state of California and possibly use his acquired skills and knowledge to run for the Senate.During his free time, Anthony enjoys traveling, working out, attending philanthropic events.. 

 

 

 Legal Assistant 

Alexis Tolmajian is a legal assistant at WKD. She graduated with great distinction from the University of California, Los Angeles with two bachelor’s degrees in the studies of Political Science and English in 2023. During her time at UCLA, Alexis participated in numerous campus clubs and student associations focusing on the study of law.  

As a legal assistant, Alexis strives to accumulate legal expertise and experience in preparation for her future endeavors in law school. Her profound passion for law is deep-rooted, as she has always had a keen interest in aiding individuals through legal processes and procedures.

Beyond the legal realm, Alexis enjoys creative writing, reading, playing basketball, and contributing to the betterment of her community through youth activism in nonprofit organizations.

Associate

Stephanie Wurzinger is an Associate at WKD. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Wurzinger studied at the University of Vienna’s School of Law in Austria.  Following her graduation, Ms. Wurzinger moved to Los Angeles, California, where she received her Master of Laws from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2018. She was admitted to the California State Bar in October 2020.

Because Ms. Wurzinger is fluent in both English and German, she has had the opportunity to act as co-counsel with attorneys in Austria regarding probate issues on an international level, including representation of clients from California to protect their probate estate matters in Austria. Since then, she has focused her practice on trust and estate law including trust litigation matters and estate planning.

Along with her experiences in the legal field, Ms. Wurzinger also trains her creative side by playing the violin. She is passionate about classical music, sharing her enthusiasm with fellow musicians and lawyers by playing in small groups.
