Legal Assistant
Sahib Chopra is a legal assistant at WKD. He graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, specializing in Law and Society. During his time at UCR, he was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta, a pre-law fraternity, where he held a board position and helped organize events to support aspiring law students.
Sahib's passion for the law grew from a desire to better understand how legal systems shape society and individual lives. As a legal assistant, he is eager to gain practical experience and deepen his legal knowledge as he prepares for law school. In his free time, Sahib enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Myrna Sandoval
Senior Paralegal
Myrna has over a decade of legal experience. She has successfully assisted attorneys in conservatorship, guardianship, probate and trust administration prior to WKD. Myrna also has an extensive background in family law and has general civil litigation experience which provides her with a diverse background in paralegal support.
Myrna enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
Morgan Garnhart
Law Clerk
Morgan is a post graduate law clerk with WKD. As a recent graduate, Morgan is passionate about litigation and is committed to protecting individuals’ rights.
Ms. Garnhart received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri in 2022, graduating summa cum laude and her Juris Doctorate from LMU Loyola Law School in 2025, graduating with honors in the International Criminal and Human Rights Law Concentration. During law school, Ms. Garnhart advanced her passion for oral advocacy as she furthered her litigation skills and received recognition for achieving First Honors in Trial Advocacy.
Today, Ms. Garnhart’s utilizes her skills and interests in probate, trust and conservatorship litigation to protect the vulnerable from financial, physical elder abuse and other abuses to individuals.
Ms. Garnhart is originally from Rockford, Illinois and enjoys spending her free time at the beach, travelling, dining, and watching television.
